They say on their website they don't accept walk ins anymore. You're better off making the appointment online and they'll get back to you within 24 hours. They are only open until about 3 daily.
Better to have an appointment. You can schedule one online.
They always get back to me fairly quickly if I leave a message on voice mail.
The best way, I have found, is to leave a message and if you miss their call back, wait for the email they'll send. They are appointments only now.
Hi Molly. We're so sorry that you're having trouble reaching us. We absolutely understand your frustration and are working hard to fix the problem. We're currently in the process of hiring more administrative and veterinary staff so that we can offer more appointments and make connecting with us easier. We do not offer walk-ins so scheduling an appointment is necessary. If you leave us a voicemail we do promise to call you back.
