DO NOT APPLY! I applied and did my application fee as well as called and emailed multiple times and never got a hold of anyone there, as well as me taking time to drive up there to get more information no one was ever there so i assume someone took my application money and went with it since i never heard back from them even if i was denied. Really disappointed because i was in a rush to move and really had hopes for this place.

Willow oak run apartments do not I repeat do not return potential renters phone calls or reply back to emails I have done everything that was requested on the application and I've been calling and going by every sense no one is ever in the office and like I said they do not return people phone calls or emails it's very heartbreaking for someone who is desperately in need of anapartments.

The Neighbors above us are constantly stumping 24/7 , you can hear them arguing very loudly through the ceiling it was perfectly fine before these new neighbors and there children moved in . I think a large family like that should be on the 1st floor not 3rd !

If you ARE a fan of hearing the sounds of planes. I definitely recommend. However; Willow Oak Management I can only rank as a disappointment. Rent rate is inconsistent, upkeep of the property is non-existent. Office have been closed since 2020. Trash pickup happens whenever. The apartment complex doesn't even offer the bare minimum. What you invest into this apartment. Will NOT reflect in the facility. I've stayed here for a year, and when it came time to leave. There was no communication received from those in the office, or United Property Management ( Company who owns Willow Oak). I literally dropped the keys off via a Dropbox. And that's a shame. People who pay rent, deserves one hell of a righteous living space. Salina Kai
