Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE ever! I tried calling to have an application emailed to me for my father. The leasing agent took all of my information and told me about the sister properties BUT never emailed me anything. I called back to see if the email address was taken incorrectly but just keep getting the voicemail for 3 days! Yes, I left a message but NO ONE ever called me back. I called the corporate office and the same thing…left my information with someone and still NEVER received an application. If this is any indication on how they provide customer service and handle residents this would NOT be a good place for your parents or any senior for that matter. They are very unprofessional and they lack simple customer service skills. Don’t spend your money here AT ALL!

Clean well maintained. Rebecca the former apartment manager was simply wonderful and a delightful to deal with. She has since moved on to another property. Mr James the Maintanace Man is also great.
