I came into the office I was so broken...when I left the office my spirits was lifted so high I believe I can conquer the world. Personality goes along way, and I believe Jenna is my angel sent from up above...you don't find to many Jenna's in this world. Jenna continue to be you. Jenna you are beautiful inside out. I would like to say that Property Manger has done a wonderful job communicating and keeping the residents informed with important information. The property manager has a welcoming spirit , and communication well with residents. The Manger ( Mrs Jenna ) come out in the community and walk the area , which is a plus! My time there was great and very quiet! I wanted to personally Thank the Manger for the up keeping of the community here.

Jenna is the best very understanding when you have a maintenance issue she's on top of it I couldn't have asked for a better property attendant the staff and the property over all is the best I love being a resident at the McNeel apartments it's the best place in Charlotte to move to very spacious and very affordable
