We walked in to copy a key, great environment. Was able to just in and get out . Machine was operating great and it was fast, we got out and we departed with hope you have a good day and they made sure we got everything we were looking for kind service.

The customer service old lady with the white hair is rude as ****. She even admitted being rude by saying "I don't mean to be rude but..." She screwed me over on a Uber gift card that she didn't correctly activate and told me to call 1800 lowes. Give me an effin break.

Was on hold for 11 minutes, then the customer service gal picked up, didn't identify herself, quickly said "can't hear you" and hung up: took her 2 seconds. Went there and to check the inventory physically. I went to the self-check out and attempted to use my military discount, the check out screen did not offer military discount (all other Lowes I have gone to give you the military discount option). I requested assistance on the screen and in person, the cashier skipped me 3 times and left me hanging till she was done with customers who came after me. This is how they treat veterans.

About like most stores these days. All employees masked, marks on the floor encouraging physical distance. There are plexiglass shields in front of every checkout clerk and at the self checkout. They have hand sanitizer at the entrance. I don't think they kick people out for not wearing a mask, but most folks do.
Is it thin layer peeling off? If yes than get some exterior glue and clamp it!
If you don't mind my suggestion I would suggest to you that you call Lowe's to ask a question regarding their business and if you needed to see if a certain item was in stock you can also go to the website or download the Lowe's app.
