Don't go here whatever you do go somewhere else my friend was charged 650$ for like 10mins of work on a door lock the guy ended up breaking the door lock and my friend told the employee to leave the employee threw a water bottle at his car when he was leaving and broke the windshield of the car I wouldn't give this place even one star whatever you do find a better place than this a police report was filed

Very good service. The technician was on time and very professional. He made a difficult situation better by making our keys and having a gel rear attitude. I would definitely use Mike’s again.

Brandon had horrible customer service. He mumbled explanation of what he couldn't do for my lock. He immediately called his boss to talk for him. When he went to get a new lock for my front door, he came back with a black lock to miss match my silver handle. He gave me no explanation or reason why he bought a black lock for a silver turn handle and then over charged me by including his tip with no explanation. Very unprofessional key service. I Do Not recommend this company At All. Run!
