They cater to lawn professionals rather than homeowners witnessed by casual chat with pros in store. Large staff which are probably good for parts support. As homeowner, I inquired about Honda equipment and got the shrugged shoulder that "we don't do Honda." I explained Honda website references them for ordering new. It may be dated or inaccurate, but not to offer an alternative and just shrug off my needs is not good business.

Always a pleasure dealing with CHS&M. Quality equipment and answer any of my questions knowledgeably and with confidence. I do much of my own repairs and they don't seem to have a problem sharing technical answers vs. just saying bring it in. In this fast paced, get it on line, Amazon, Ebay world it is refreshing to deal with a small business. Additionally, they start and test run every piece of equipment before it goes out the door, walk you through all functions and features of what they sell. Get that from Home Depot or Lowes! If they sold lumber and nails ii would buy from them if for no other reason than the intrinsic value of the transaction. CHS&M has been an icon in this location for 55+ years. Another indication of great service is how busy and full their parking lot is nearly all day, everyday! Thank you CHS&M!!

Honestly that's something you would have to go into the store to find out. I don't work for them but I work closely with them and it worked for and the other shop that did business with them. They're great people and do great work but like I said it all depends on what kind of mower what could be wrong the price of the parts whole bunch of factors go into how much it is usually a diagnostic they charge a deposit or at least most places do
If the spark plug isnt getting spark replace the coil. If you put a new carb on it im sure you would have gas. One of the other would keep it from running and make sure the spark plug gap is correct the coil or magneto i would check
