They broke my garbage disposal, broke board on deck,broke the cement decor in my front yard , did not hook back up vents , took them 4 days to paint my door using my paint sprayer and never cleaned sprayer when done. 4 years old nails are exposed.fasets are bad. They did repair some but not to way it was. I would never recommend this business to anyone. We had windows, gutters, doors, roofing, siding done. Total regret.

The Therma Tru doors and service I received from McVay Brothers was excellent, far above the service that I received from Home Depot in 2021. It cost some extra bucks, but the quality of workmanship and service was incredibly better. The sales rep, Cody, was super helpful and communicative. The installer, Zach, was nothing short of amazing. He worked so hard and tirelessly to get the job done right. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Having an old 100 year old house with original doors was a special project that required special skill and talent. I'm glad I picked McVay Brothers for the job.

Ordered windows back in September 2021, I knew there was a wait do to covid. About close to 4 months later I got my windows, about 5 windows were missing and my huge slider door was one of them, mcvay was going to only install the slider door only and that took over 2 weeks when installed they noticed the center piece was the wrong piece still until now I have not gotten it fixed I've call Cody several times, I also received my last missing window last week 1/2022. It's been a mess . This customer isn't happy with they way they have provided service

We recently had our home sided by McVay Brothers. There are two parts that make a customer experience 5 stars for me- One being how the product looks at the end of the project. I can say without hesitation the quality and care taken by the installers was top notch. There is not one thing, I would change about the appearance of the siding. The siding color is beautiful and the product is high quality. The attention to detail around outlet boxes and pipes was perfection. We have received so many compliments already on how beautiful our home looks. Overall, the siding project turned out better than I had even imagined. The second part of my experience was the installers. Keith & Kevin. Wow! I have not seen such work ethic and care in a very long time. They showed up daily like clockwork and got right to business. They are two very hard working individuals that were an absolute joy to interact with. They were happy to let my outdoor dog hang out with them while they worked, and were always great about keeping our gate closed as they came and went. I am certain our home looks as beautiful as it does because of the hard work they put into it. Thank you Keith, Kevin, and McVay Brothers for making our home look so beautiful! *If you have a home project like this, I highly recommend using McVay Brothers!
