Had windshield replaced 6 months ago. Got a stress crack in it this past week. Took it back to them. They say a rock did it. Bull. They charged $1400 (Heads-up Display) and won't stand behind their warranty. Won't ever do business with them again. Safelite replaced with a better windshield and under $1000. Grizzly is a rip off.

I figured I would like to give my business to a well established local company. Asked if they wanted to match another glass installers price quote which was only a $20 difference and the representative promptly and rudely stated they were too proud of their work.

Grizzly glass was amazing. Had a broken bedroom window that needed replaced. Everyone else I called was weeks out just for an estimate. Grizzly has someone out the day after I called and the window glass replaced 2 days later. They were courteous and professional. Would definitely use them in the future and refer friends to them.
