Some of the worst staff in the business. The lack of empathy and basic common courtesy is apparent from this staff and to be frank really should be something you consider before choosing this care provider. Regardless of the Doctor's performance.

Dr. Roger, his PA April, Amanda at reception, his intake Nurse are all kind,helpful, attentive. Dr. Reyes and his Nurse, Ricardo are also wonderful. Dr. Roger listened to My needs immediately, allows me to choose what works for me without criticism and they have all given me many treatment options ,with complete understanding when it doesn't work for me. Any pain management clinic you choose has strict guidelines to follow ,if you are abiding by those guidelines,You will always have a positive outcome. I'm very happy with the care and kindness I receive from the entire group. My quality of life has definitely improved from the care I receive. I'm grateful for their care.

Let's start with what is right with this office - NOTHING! The office manager, Darlene Vance, is the WORST person ever! May she end up in pain and know what it feels like. I was treated horribly and finally got out of what I call "an abusive relationship" - RUN FAR AWAY FROM DR. ROGERS OFFICE!!!! QUICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
