Why does the some staff treat people so poorly and never return calls..

Hi John I also have had some of the same problems cause most of the staff comes down from their lantana office & that's no excuse it's just that their not that familiar with pls patients . I have been going there for 12 years & found out of you need something done speak with Amanda or Darlene . Amanda is my first go-to person she is awesome . Cathy

I'm a patient at the PSL office and I have never had a problem, they have all always been very sweet and helpful and have never seen them be rude to patients that they should have kicked out of the office!!

I've been a patient of Dr Rogers for 15 plus years from the WPB office and then the PSL office, the employees have treated me great The Office Manager Darlene has been very professional and helpful as well as Amanda and even the newer employees if the newer office employees couldn't have an answer for me being new they would ask someone who could help. Dr Rogers has always been helpful if I needed to see him he took the time to listen to me and either change my meds or have a solution for me that's why I continue to go there still even though I have to travel further to the office it's hard to find a Dr that knows your problems and you feel comfortable with even the other Dr Assistants are as knowledgeable and helpful to me. I would suggest you need to talk to them at your next appointment and I'm sure they will be able to have a solution for you.
