#ItsMeStef🙋🏾‍♀️…, on the other side of my restaurant reviews! I’ve been a resident of this side of town many many years …. Many changes… This complex has seen different management companies 😳 My experience with the current management has been filled with patience and kindness . In my experience, The office manager , Miss Acosta , and her staff have been very gracious to me since they have been here… don’t get me wrong…. She will make sure you know the facts 😂…. Rent , maintenance requests , and the ability to communicate with neighbors is all online with your resident account . Post-Covid there may not be an answer when you directly call the office , but that’s just because Covid changed so many things with so many companies . I’ve rarely had to speak with anyone that urgently. …. In all my years of being here …. So if I call and no one answers - I can email miss Acosta or one of her staff and she DOES communicate right back !👍🏾 There will always be issues wherever you live. I’ve seen some reviews about water bugs …. I’ve been met by a few on my way into my home…. However these apartments have existed in this area for many many years …. Like probably the 70’s….. so🤷🏾‍♀️ I don’t know 🫣 Home is what you make it. Everytime I’ve needed something- a repair, a new light fixture, an appliance replaced , I enter a request on my phone and maintenance quickly responds. There are gatherings for the children, Christmas gatherings , pre-Covid there was lunch for the kids in the summer… Amidst all the not so positive reviews Miss Acosta and her staff have done some really cool things in this community . For their care , kindness and generosity, I am grateful. We are located on a constantly developing side of Charlotte …. On the train line ,CATS… which is the Charlotte area transportation system …(the bus). Or otherwise ,conveniently , you can get to NoDa, The UNCC campus and walking 🚶🏽‍♀️ trails ….top golf, Starbucks, target, Walmart , IKEA, Burlington coat factory, TJ MAXX, ross,…..Outback Steakhouse , Tacos and tequila bar ….Harris teeter .. and Home Depot just to name a few places ….. sidebar : jazzy cheesecakes is now located where Nonas was over there by Tony’s pizza and Red Robin …. Both about 10-15 minutes away … Please come , see for yourself …. Woodland Hollow had been kind to me…. I have wonderful neighbors … there’s plenty of children , which indicate GROWTH and LIFE anywhere. Come see …. Then check out my restaurant reviews And let’s go eat ItsMeStef🙋🏾‍♀️

I got approved, paid my deposit, got a move in date just for them to give the apartment away without any notice. Then it took months before I got my deposit back

Middleton Meyers and Woodland Hollow have been home for me now for many years. From being a Resident and then working here to now managing a wonderful team. I wouldn't see myself anywhere else but here right now. Great Community with Residents who care about their Community and staff who provide great customer service.
