I'm sure if it is an emergency they would take a walk in but they are so busy, you need an appointment. They are worth the wait though because they are a really great facility.
Gabby - No. They are simply too busy. But if you go to their website, you can make an appointment on-line and they will call or email to confirm it with you. Also, they're not really equipped for medical emergencies for your fur-babies. They're more for routine check-ups, shots, and neuter/spay of animals.
No, you need to make an appointment, anyway they are so compasionate and if it is an emergency probably they will attend you but for first time an appointment is required.
This place is EXCELLENT but not attention for emergencies...depend how busy are they can take you same day...
