If you have the confirmation number you should get it but if you didn't pay $18 extra, then it's probably in your name and your son won't be able to use it. They should of sent you an email about your ticket IF you gave them an email address.

I'm not sure my tickets were usually bought in person n not over the internet. Since you bought it over the internet, I guess that you used your credit card, which is in your name, not his. So yes he might have trouble picking up the tickets.
