Worse thing ever it's a pole and a fire hydrant no humans anymore. Our bus got canceled some thing happened in Tennessee so it never showed up. We got to the stop early at 515 am was supposed to leave at 545am. So at 615 we called the number the rude man said I should have looked at my email...then he said oh wait they didn't send me one but he never apologized matter of fact we had to spend the next few days calling cancelation for the rest of the trip and what felt like begging for our money back. Which we still hasn't gotten. What a let down... I'll keep my fingers crossed when the new bus station for valley metro is completed maybe there will be room for atleast a bench.

Over a 3 hour delay for a bus that's supposed to leave at 5:45am. No email, no heads up, I had to call because I was afraid I would miss my bus.

As of 8/9/2022, the stop is located at the Transportation museum next to the valley metro stops. There is no greyhound sign to indicate that you are in the right place. The bus was over 30min late....which is early for them apparently. Lots of smokers... not just tobacco... not good. At least the bus finally showed up.

I take the bus awesome

Which station are you referring to exactly?
One free bag under the bus but you can pay to take more and then a carry on
Service animals are only allowed on the bus.
Yes
You will have to go online and book it to get an estimate of the price because the price change daily depending on the time of day.. you can just call Greyhound and speak with someone at ticketing.. or you can just Google it... I hope that helped you have a good evening and thank you for choosing Greyhound
google greyhound and they should be. able to tell you
It's not open but you can catch the greyhound there. They have it close for now. So if you planing on getting a ticket get a e-ticket ok or print at home ok
No, because the station isn't open. If you have a cell phone my advice is to get an E-ticket. There's no extra charge and it's right on your phone. All you do is showvit to the driver.
In Erie you can order it line. They open at 630am. You can pick it up while they are open.
As long as it's not sold out yes
It depends on the day you're leaving. On weekdays, they're open 5.15am to 6.15am, then from 9am to 5pm. Weekends it's 9am to 10am, then 1pm to 5pm.
Yes it is open inside. They also have a restaurant, but you will have to do carry out only.
Look em up @ grayhound.com Call em theres a 1-800# Google it.did not mean to come across as unfriendly or short with you... If you still have issues retest and I'll dig my numbers out. I still have them from last years trip. Good luck.
You mean where could you get it? If is like that then you should get in a terminal that provides more trips and roads then you don't have to make so many scales.
I don't know...you can Google it
Yes, you must have a valid Identification card, or Driver's license.
Yes you can ship your boxes anywhere in the US, Canada, and Mexico without buying a ticket or even traveling with them.
It depends the length of the trip plus the time you book it. Weekdays ate cheaper and its even cheaper if you book at least 2 weeks in advance.A fair estimate would be between 55 to 110, taking into account how soon you book it.
Or use the web or the app
Depending on when the ticket was purchased, you may or may not be able to cancel or reissue it for a different day for a fee. I believe it is 20 dollars to change your travel time.
Yes, the website will tell you the amount. Also calling the number will give you an agent that can assist you.
Yes the website is very helpful with this but if you book it 2 weeks in advance or. More it will be a bit cheaper
I'm not sure, I suggest that you call them and ask them or check there website to find out.
Unknown in miles but not far at all. It's in the middle of downtown.
Call the 1-800 number they will give you the number.
If you have the confirmation number you should get it but if you didn't pay $18 extra, then it's probably in your name and your son won't be able to use it. They should of sent you an email about your ticket IF you gave them an email address.
You are taking a roll of the dice when you book a trip with Greyhound. I've booked trips, gotten there, and the trip was postponed until the next day. They also closed the station, so I had to book a hotel or be stranded on the street. I've seen people waiting overnight in Richmond because of the same thing (and they don't provide you with any refund, or partial refund, or help of any kind), so always make sure you have enough money for extra food, a hotel, or transportation. I took a trip the other day and the bus driver loaded us on the bus, then came on, grabbed his stuff, and quit on the spot. Also, depending on loading issues (a handicapped person, or just the driver taking his time (and traffic)), I've always usually arrived an hour late to my destinations.
Yes you should be able to but call them first to make sure
Because they know their transportation is cheaper than almost every other form of transportation, so they can treat you however they want to and you will always need them again. The bus drivers are rude, the wifi is unusable, they are dirty, there is always some sort of mechanical issue, and you may ride (like I did recently) on a bus that stunk so bad I was nauseous and had a headache when I arrived at my destination. I also sat in the very front of the bus, so I can't imagine how the people in the back felt. I've had to contact customer service many times and they are always rude as well. All in all, it's never a pleasant journey.
Fares are lower in the mid week & booked ahead-having 6:am departure problems from Roanoke lately & resently a one way 26 hr screw to Ny.
Call the bus station..
I've never been in one that does, but that doesn't mean all of them don't. I'd call ahead if that is something needed.
They have wifi, but don't count on being able to load or watch anything. I always cut my wifi setting off if I want to watch, listen, or read anything on my phone.
I would say, from personal experience, that it will run late.
Probably about $150 one-way
You can buy online or at the station however it's cheaper online
You can buy a ticket at a local sration please call first, you can also contact customer service or you buy online
