Call alpine RV repair in Raleigh N. C. He does great work efficiently, he has great customer service, he does what he tells you and at a much better price than camping world. He repaired our camper at the campground. He was working on another camper at the campground and he split the service call price between us. He could have very easily got it twice.
We dropped ours of the first of February and got the run around about parts as well. We went and picked it up this weekend and told them to call us when the parts come in. It's ridiculous. We also paid extra for the extended warranty that includes a protective sealant all throughout the inside and outside of our trailer. After, not even a year of owning it, the top front of the trailer is completely faded and looks weathered and old. Something that is new since bringing it home from camping world. We took pictures inside and out before dropping it off for our "after purchase warranty touch up work". We are not happy at all. We feel like we were cheated out of our money and after only using the trailer for 1 season, the veneer is peeling off of multiple locations inside the trailer, the outside shower which was never used, somehow leaked and caused damage, the LED lighting on the awning keeps popping out of the track...We wish we would have bought a trailer from somewhere else.
Most business like to get a large order up before ordering Not saying that they do But I do know some places like that and it's b/c of paying so many S&H charges You might can go online and order the part yourself and get it faster Worth a try Good Luck
That is the normal 3to six months.Good at selling stink for repairs.Never pay for new camper till you get everything fixed or it will never happen.I go stand at counter and talk to everyone that comes in . Telling them my problem
You have to call them on a regular basis to get it fixed.
