The passenger side windshield wiper on my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado tore and needed replacing. I went to O'Rileys for a replacement blade. When I attempted to replace it in the parking lot, I ran into a question. I went back into the store to ask. Not only did the O'Riley's employee help me with the answer, he came out to finish the installation! Service with a smile is STILL the way it's done at O'Rileys. It's why I like O'Riley's!

I can't say thank you enough to the people at this O'Reilly! My truck overheated while coming up I-95 and I ended up at O'Reilly, thinking I just needed some coolant. Stepped out of my truck and saw coolant pouring out of the truck. I'm not mechanically inclined, but I knew that wasn't good! The guys at O'Reillys came out and after about 20 mins, found the crack in my radiator, filled it up with water so I could drive the one block to the hotel, recommended mechanics, towing services and restaurants. They helped me determine which radiator I needed and about how much it would cost. I'm so grateful for all their help! I would definitely recommend this location.

I am so appreciative to the staff that worked this evening 12/2/2020. I don't know their nes but they know who they are. My van broke down in their parking lot and they was so awesome to me and my babies. They made sure we was good and for them to do that made me feel real good.
