Went in to buy a refrigerator. Had great help from the cashier and manager in the front. Realized the refrigerator wouldn't fit in the car so I had to make arrangements to come back so I had to go to customer service that girl was so rude and got nothing but attitude during the entire process this store lost out on my business because of her

Lowe's is my favorite home improvement store. I am a builder in Oklahoma and Lowe's is easy to work with, friendly, and often have plenty of staff on hand. I've been a Lowe's pro member for many years. This Lowe's particular is clean, restrooms in the front of the store and they have everything else that a typical Lowe's will have.

If I could leave a 0 star I definitely would. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store. I went to this store at least three times a week. I am building a home for myself and using this store for much of my purchases. Eddy was a great sales person who went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t take my business to another store. Eddy had to leave for surgery purposes which left me at the hands of guy named Joey. My experience with this person was not pleasant. I was buying all of my drywall at price Eddy gave me to compete with competitors but this guy Joey was not having it whatsoever. And by the way, a complete jerk! I have been in business for 30 years and will never go back to this store again as long as he is employed there. Everyone else at this store has always went out of there way to help and always kind…not this guy! This store was convenient and close for me but I will go completely out of my way to go to a different store because of him.

Today 01 MAR 2022 I had occasion to visit my favorite Lowe's store, Hope Mills NC. As I was passing through the store I heard a cheerful greeting and looked and there was store manager Ms Jennifer McMillan. She is always pleasant. I went on to search for a piece of lumber. I looked around for myself and just couldn't figure out how the sizes were organized. I spotted a salesperson who has been very helpful in the past, Zachary. He stopped what he was doing and took me straight to the 2x6x8 pressure treated lumber. He then proceeded to find me a nice straight piece and he didn't stop there. When Zachary realized I didn't have a cart, he went and got a cart and placed my one piece of lumber on it. I like going through the garden center to check out because salesperson, Casina is always very patient with me and just generally kind. During the pandemic employers have probably been forced to hire just anybody to keep their businesses afloat. I have had some unpleasant experiences in the world of business so I like to focus on those special people who make things a little more pleasant and in fact sometimes bring a smile to a day.
