My Camper, Coleman 2305 QB has been sitting with Camping World of Fayetteville now since December 11th, 2017. It is now March 14th, 2018 and I still do not have my Camper. What to do next? I feel powerless and receive NO feedback from them.

If you get Motorhome magazine, there is a column inside where ppl write to lodge complaints about RVs and dealers. The author may get involved in resolving your issue. Also a letter to your local TV station and newspaper's consumer advocate may get results. If the repairs are less than $5000, sue in small claims court to get their attention!

Go there and tell them you are going to stay in the camper until it is fixed. I purchased my camper there biggest mistake I ever made. While pulling mine home I heard a noise and found a bad wheel bearing. Couldn't get anyone to come and repair all they wanted was me to pull it over 90 miles so they could look at it. So I fixed it myself. I am a 45 year mechanic. Better to go get it and take to a reputable dealer. Good luck

Raise cane...use FB...Tweet...to let everyone know. Go get your RV n tak e it elsewhere. Let upper managements know. Absolutely unacceptable.

My inlaws has had the same problems everyone else had. They had to leave their camper their for nearly a year. Both times they had services done to it something was stolen. They fixed the roof on their camper then one of the AC units didn’t work after. You can never get anyone on the phone! My inlaws have bought multiple campers from them and this is how they do their customers. We will do our best to make sure no one else buys from them and experiences the same thing they did!! Social media here we come to prevent people from going through what they have 😡

Answering Ron TripletAfter I had this great service and experience of buying the Camper I took the camper out for it's first trip. I found out that it leaked everywhere. My shower was falling apart and sagging, my facet in the kitchen broke, the microwave oven worked occasionally. So I took it back for some warranty work in December 11th, 2017. BIG mistake. When asked to come pick it up February, 24th 2018 I could not believe my eyes. This brand new camper had a hole cut in the under belly and not closed at all, just hanging there. The camper was damaged on the front stone guard, to the extend that they offered to replace it. They "summarized" it but the red antifreeze is all over the camper and the toilet still flushes red anti freeze. Damage to the wood because of the leaking water has not been repaired and I could not check if the water leaks were repaired or if the microwave was working because they did not hook it up to electricity or water.

Go in and speak directly to the manager. Not the service manager, the store manager.

Unfortunately you find yourself in the sane situation I found myself in. Remember the sqeauky wheel gets the grease. Call them and visit them continuously. Also call corporate. They will get things rolling for you.

I think questions have to be asked before I can give you an answer. 1. How many times have you phone to check on your vehicle since December? 2. What was the response on each of these times? 3. What was the problem you sent the camper up there for? 4. Did you get an estimate for the work that was going to be done and a time in which it would be finished.
