I recently went to Camping World in Fayetteville and was assisted by Brian. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. He was very accommodating and when my mom was not exactly sure which camper she wanted he took us to go see them again. She told him which features that she had to have and which one she would like to have And he managed to get her one that fulfilled all of her needs and wants. If you’re in need of a camper go by and check them out and ask for Brian he will treat you like family.

Anthony at Camping World Fayetteville, NC was amazing, and we were taken care of exceeding expectations! The entire crew at that particular Camping World is hard working and very professional. We recommend you go talk to Anthony if you are in the market for an RV/Camper. The class we were given by John was very informative and taught us a lot. He worked hard on installation of the load leveling anti-sway system on our newly purchased 30 ft Coleman. The entire crew made sure we were set up for success in our new life, retired traveling in a RV.

We had such a great experience here! Carlton was our sales rep and he spent a lot of time taking us through travel trailers and listening to our feedback. He stuck to our budget & found us a camper that we felt ticked a lot of our boxes. We also received help from Donnie, Jeremy, and Jonathan. They were all so kind and wonderful. They all took us through things step by step as this is our very first camper. We did a walk through before taking it off the lot with Pete and he did a great job showing us how to hook everything up and how it all works. He also recommended some must haves like a water regulator and surge protector to keep our camper running well. I know this place would help us with any questions we have, even later on down the road. Plus the membership to their stores is great so we are able to get supplies at a reasonable price.

After being told my furnace did not work during there inspection and told it would cost over $1100 to fix. Guess what. I had to leave town so took RV to a dealer in Panama City FL. Furnace they said was cob jobed and they cleaned it and put it back together for $161 and it works perfect. I will never go to this dealer again. They know what I think of them. I wish I would never have gone here.
If you get Motorhome magazine, there is a column inside where ppl write to lodge complaints about RVs and dealers. The author may get involved in resolving your issue. Also a letter to your local TV station and newspaper's consumer advocate may get results. If the repairs are less than $5000, sue in small claims court to get their attention!
Probably closed today (Good Friday). I agree service is not great here.
All campingworld are like that try to get something serviced after you buy it after they get your money your done
Call alpine RV repair in Raleigh N. C. He does great work efficiently, he has great customer service, he does what he tells you and at a much better price than camping world. He repaired our camper at the campground. He was working on another camper at the campground and he split the service call price between us. He could have very easily got it twice.
