Is there a difference between the hotel and the owner’s units? Also, is the front desk open 24 hrs?

The owner units are condominiums. The hotel units are not condominiums. Not sure if hotel desk is open 24 hours per day. Owners' office is not open 24 hours.

Front desk closes at 5 pm but there is a 24 hour help desk on-site...And yes there is a difference between units...Hotel has no kitchens and Owner units do

There is always someone at front desk and yes a huge difference but not worth the money unless you are very well off
