Our stay was average. The rooms were big but needed some upkeep. No one who worked spoke English except the front desk. Unless you were an owner there are no amenities other than what u can get at any other hotel. It's not a very kid friendly place..it was nice but again average. Not worth the price.

We checked in after hours and had to go to the main building (Spinnaker) They didn't seem like they really wanted to help us out. The outdoor pool chairs were kind of dirty looking, and the indoor pool and hot tub areas were definitely dated. Room was ok. Just kind of fell short of the experience we usually have at a blue green resort.

Property was pretty outside. Close to the beach. How do you allow people to stay with black mold coming through the ventilation? Are you serious? Room 3201. Should be closed and properly cleaned. No place to add pictures here. Gross

There are free washers and dryers on the first floor. There are none in the individual units.
Yes Coligny has rentals and if you walk down further towards Players Club direction there is a quiet section of rentals down there

The owner units are condominiums. The hotel units are not condominiums. Not sure if hotel desk is open 24 hours per day. Owners' office is not open 24 hours.
It depends. If you choose to walk along the street it is a few blocks, or you can ride the free tram. Or, if you choose to use the designated walking trail that is also usable by people with mobility concerns, it is perhaps a five minute walk.
