I have reported my neighbors 2 times. I am a day sleeper and they let their dogs outside between 5-6 A.M. and sometimes 6:30 A.M where they are right outside my bedroom window and they start barking. Can you help or not?

I seen a case in core where the neighbor had a bunch of roosters and they crows every morning and this person had worked the early late night early mornings and come home and just fall asleep and they literally won their case you can sue them for the noise ordinance but we're at if you can prove you have a night job if you don't have a night job and you just stay up. Try going to bed early.. But they should mussle the nose to where the loudness isn't excessive...

Look up your local statues about disturbing the peace I know it starts at 10:30 p.m. I don't know what time it ends in the morning and it also depends on where you live also be kind if the neighbors are not going to be considerate of your situation maybe the dogs will you could try stuffing their bellies with meat I know for sure that will keep them quiet remember its not the animals its the owners
