I live in Texas. I am currently on Sect 8. I want to transfer to Atlanta. Where should I start? Any suggestions on relocating to another State and the process is greatly appreciated... Thank you.

First call thr housing authority in Atlanta. To see if they absorb or not

Tell your housing office here in Texas that you want to port over to Atlanta be sure Atlanta housing is accepting port In's first you can call the Atlanta housing Authority directly .....be aware there are different guidelines for the Section 8 programs in Atl anta ..Good luck
