As Tisha states, there are communities that offer units based on your household income, using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, but they are not necessarily affiliated with Atlanta Housing. It's a completely different program. Georgia's Department of Community Affairs is a great lead for units. Also, AH does partner with communities that keep their own waitlist, and if you have a physical disability, there is UFAS waitlist for accessible units. Both can be found on our website. For accessible units- https://www.atlantahousing.org/housing-programs/accessibility/ https://www.atlantahousing.org/housing-programs/housing-options/. Look for MIXED or HomeFlex units
