they will not help you whatsoever even if you have the money. I wouldn't send a dog here for any type of treatment...
They should be able to help you...if not, you could be checked in as a ward of the state at an even bigger facility in Columbia SC (G Werber Bryan) As long as they have options to leave, the doctors can keep you until your better...everything including foid, medicine and a dormitory style area... If you plan to go to G Werber Bryan the hospital will have to take you...theyll send a police officer to take you there from the hospital, given permission
