Why is there an hour wait in the drive thru??? Literally takes forever to get food here. Bad for business. I don’t ever think about coming here again.

I'd suggest not going . you wait an hour for food that's fresh but made in unsanitary conditions and has hair in it.

The manager told me that there is always long wait after 5pm. The cook don't have monitor to make food as order it has to wait for the receipt. The food is not that fresh. One hour is cooking diner at home. Inside is just slow as drive thru

Drive thru is always slow, but remember everything is made to order. I usually go in, order and wait.

There could be any number of reasons as to why there was a long wait for the drive through. Please call the store (phone number should be listed on your receipt)- and ask to speak to a manager if you truly need an answer.
