have had difficulty getting transmission into park since new. first time in for service the service writer was able to fix, but problem started again about one month later. have had car in several more times for oil changes and problem with shifter. service department says if they can not duplicate problem they will do nothing to repair, and naturally the problem would not show itself. mazda customer service says the same thing. so i fixed it myself. puzzled why no one would do any digging and look up specs and attempt to perhaps figure out what could be causing problem. a real mechanic would do at least that much. love the car. not recommending mazda or this dealer.

Up until today, I have had great service. I called because my check engine light came on. Pretty concerning with less than 15,000 miles on my CX-5. I called to see about dropping it off and getting a loaner so they could look at it at their convenience. No loaners available for more than two weeks. I had it in in April & September to have the front camera replaced and had no issue getting a loaner either time. If I want to make an appt and wait, it's even longer. The explanation given was, "that was Spring and now it's Fall". I guess good customer service is seasonal.
