NOTE that if you have service animal or have an ESA letter for your Emotional Support Animal then no landlord is allowed to charge pet rent or pet fees. Present you ESA letter to the landlord when you arrive to sign the lease, it should be noted there is a pet who is a ESA or Service Animal with fee exclusion or see how they decide to disclose that.
