Yes. The Ethowah park is right behind the lofts. There is a path to get to it. Pet friendly too. I had the best time living there with my family. My daughter was 3 and 4.

What are the other charges the leasing doesn't tell you about? For example where I'm at now they force you to pay for basic cable $45 and internet $39.00 There is no way to refuse these. So basically the rent is not what they tell you up front.
