The entire staff is amazing!! Exceptional customer service from everyone. I’ve been living at the lofts for about 2 years and Allison is our community manager. Allison has always gone above and beyond to make sure our needs are met. Dakota and Karen are our living consultants. Whenever I need anything from using the printer or submitting a maintenance request, there always exceeding my expectations. The maintenance and ground crew are very quick to respond to any last minute occurrence. The front office are always finding ways to interact with the residents. We have free coffee, free pizza events, and sometimes BBQ’s. What an amazing staff I’ll definitely recommend staying here!!!

If I could leave 0 stars I would 🤦♀️ Canton mill lofts allows methamphetamine users, fist fights in the court yard, black mold , leaking showers with zero help from management. But will GLADLY evict 3 young adults over an incident that DIDNT EVEN INVOLVE THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE UNIT ! That should be illegal- ripping the rug right from under 3 young adults, causing them to be homeless with an eviction on record despite being told we would have a “ 7 day out” - they waited a WHOLE WEEK AFTER THE INCIDENT !! After the 1st of the month ( rent was paid, as it always was, on time) to give us a 7 day eviction notice- 2k rent for what??

I absolutely love living here! The staff is helpful and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Response times are fast, and I never have trouble getting questions answered. Maintenance is quick to come out and resolve issues as fast as possible. I've lived here for 2 years and have enjoyed every second of it! Beautiful walk ways with cute lights, and the park right next to here with the walking trails is insane, I walk them all the time! I couldn't think of a better place to live! I cant recommend it enough, even to the people I know :) Love you guys!

Yes. The Ethowah park is right behind the lofts. There is a path to get to it. Pet friendly too. I had the best time living there with my family. My daughter was 3 and 4.
You pay for water, rent, trash, and pest conrtrol all combined for monthly rent.
There is major roach issue. We've told them about it. They tell us they spray for bugs but never do. For us this went on the entire year lease and nothing happened no matter how many times we told the management.
Unfortunately no they don't. There was a time year ago they did, I wish they would offer it again!!

No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
Power is probably between 100-200 Gas: 50-120 Internet: 40 and up Water and sewer: depends on the apt size but around 50-100 Trash: It's about $15 Pest: about $10 The water, sewer, trash, and pest are attached to the actual rent, the one you see listed, and they are due with your rent every month.

NOTE that if you have service animal or have an ESA letter for your Emotional Support Animal then no landlord is allowed to charge pet rent or pet fees. Present you ESA letter to the landlord when you arrive to sign the lease, it should be noted there is a pet who is a ESA or Service Animal with fee exclusion or see how they decide to disclose that.
All of the apartments are market value now, ranging from about 900-1400 a month, plus utilities, services, and fees
