For the most part tell the salesman how many miles and i think they charge about 50 cent's a mile for anything over 100 miles bit I'm not 100 percent sure of that but he or she can tell you
I'm not sure, you'd have to call and ask. Most places deliver within a 100 miles or so of there lot.
