My name is Francisco Cotto and I live in the Wind gate subdivision in Summerville. On August 5th, 2022 I paid for my lot, which is within the allotted payment schedule on your required payment system. I am now being charged a penalty. When I inquired about the penalty, I was informed your application is not working correctly. I should not be held accountable for this. I have paid the payment on time and if your required system is having a problem then there should be an allotment of time to account for this until you can have your system fixed. I have been to the office to go over this issue and find it hard to communicate with the office personnel due to a language barrier. My first language is Spanish and you office has been unable to accommodate with communicating with me when I am there.

Always trouble in here. Keep going up on the price they say to better the place but all they do is move more homes in here to make more $. The park area sucks the pool is to small for a place this big. People always trying to break in your cars . If you own the park does nothing to improve your area like fixing driveways etc. This place could be so much nicer with what they charge for lot rent. And it's like playing revolving doors with the people that move in and out so frequent. I know there could be worse but it could surely be better.

As a resident of 2 years, I personally love living where I do, but there are a lot of trashy yards that could be cleaned up. The only negative thing I can say is that the lot rent has gone up each year and late fees are high-- other than that it's great. I would recommend living here.
