I've lived here over a year, and its been a pretty decent place to live, but damn they are picky as hell about everything, being here just a year they made us pressure wash the trailer even tho we haven't done anything to mess it up. I mean they are ridiculous bout things. I hate the management but it's a pretty place and not much traffic
