Are you saying you can't move a trailer in this park? Why?
They have all mainly new and or gently used mobile homes. The single wides are $675 with $5000 down (that's on a brand new one). That includes lot rent and water. Double wides i do not know about. U also can not move your home in.
What's they charge... I would advise calling and asking that question to them as it varies between events and yearly rates.
