Kevin was awesome! I could not have asked for a better person to sell me a car but however when he sent me over to the other room to have everything finalized, I asked if I had to have this paint protection and other things that he tacked on and he said yes you do. When I get to work to find out, no I did not! Bottom line is, I walked out with it being a little over $2000 more than what K Kevin quoted me. So beware buyers you do not have to have the things they try to tack on! I did not want the paint protection nor the maintenance to go back and have it done there. And I told him that but he insists I had to. I do not mind the gap insurance, I understand that one. Now let's get into the detailing of the car wash.. $52000 vehicle and the car wash was terrible! It looked like somebody had a Coke explode in the front, all over the interior. Definitely a minor thing but you would think after spending $52000 they would want it to be nice and clean. Would I buy from them again? Yes I definitely would but I would argue about the extra things that they try to add on at the end! I give Kevin 5 stars but the other two, 3 stars. I am adding to this review because they still have not paid off my my trade in, 2020 Dodge Charger. The bank is calling me for a payment still! I traded it in on September 24th, it is now October 19th! I have traded several cars in and have never had such a lack of communication or a problem with somebody paying off the trade in!! If it's not paid off, why is it on your site for sale!?
