Bad experience trying to check out of my unit with them. Lots of red tape, hidden fees, AND they raised the rent on me for the last month. WILL NOT do business with them again.

It serves the purpose. No climate control, but that's not an issue. The issue is: who requires a key code to get *out*?! Spent the better part of an hour trapped after a mistake and someone letting us in. 0/10 for the experience.

I paid for the unit for 2 months on Thursday then went to the unit & it had a lock on it. Then on Sunday we came to put some things in storage & the code wouldn't work so we couldn't get in! Had to call for assistance. Very time consuming & irritating. We rented here before & was fine. 2 years ago..
