Do you think it is right that the dealership has their employees putting up five star reviews for their own company?

I guess they have to try to increase their ratings the easy way!

Great question. We definitely don't solicit our employees for reviews but are grateful to anyone that takes time to leave one. I'm sure a few of our 1,100+ reviews are from employees but we don't employee 1,100 people so the majority of these reviews are from our great customers. Thank you for the great question.

I gave a 5 star review because of my experience with Johnson City Ford. I am not now nor have I ever been employed by Ford or any dealership connected with Ford.

If the employees are happy and treated right. Then they have the right to say what they want to. 2nd amendment.
