There are companies that offer driving tests and you can use their vehicles for an extra fee my son used one to get his license. They were located across the street from the DMV on E. Mississippi Ave.

You provide the vehicle. As mentioned earlier, it must be licensed and insured. If you don't have a license, you'll have to have someone drive you.

Correct. To take State driving test for your license request, you must have insured vehicle to operate during license testing.
