First time calling. In search of primary care. The reciptionist was very very rude. I'm not going into detail but she definately pushed me away into not wanting to be seen there and if u don't like working there find a new career. Well on to the next. Don't go here

Centura is very shady-please do your research before going to one of their centers. Scheduled an appointment for my annual physical exam (which I confirmed with them is covered by my insurance), waited an hour past my appointment time in the waiting room, then an additional hour in the back room waiting for the doctor to come in and see me, so 2 hrs total past my appt time before doctor came in. When I finally saw the doctor, he didn't even have time for the annual physical which I had scheduled, because their office (whoever is in charge of booking) had overbooked him with too many appts. Without informing or asking me, the office changed my appointment in their system (after I left that day) to say it was a "follow up appointment"...instead of the annual visit I had scheduled, which they failed to have time for on their end-but never once came to me and said this until I was already in the room for my appointment. 2 months later, I got a surprise charge for a "follow up" appointment out of the blue, when I didn't even receive any of the scheduled services/physical exam I had scheduled with them! Furthermore, when I called to speak with them about it, the woman who answered the phone on Monday morning (8/1/22) was completely rude and dismissive...as this is just a typical issue for them of wrongly booking/changing patients appointments and charges (when it's convenient for them) without ever asking or informing the patient. That same day, I was informed that the current owners make doctors practice from religious and far right political principles which was very weird and disturbing to learn...in addition to being told (by employees of Centura) that this office continues to completely overbook the remaining doctors that are there (as several have quit in the last few months) and that it has been an ongoing problem. I made the mistake of not doing my research thoroughly enough before going to this practice...I initially went there SOLEY, because I read such wonderful reviews of Dr. Miller. However, now that I have learned about the ownership and dysfunctional billing department...and seen the way they function from a business standpoint, I would never recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other ethical practices in Colorado, choose wisely.
