It is against OSHA guidelines to not supply masks for N95 fit testing. They told me half way through me waiting that I had to go to Walgreens to buy my own mask. This means that on top of spending your own money while they're being paid for it, you realistically should buy the 3 different sizes of N95. They should not be allowed to perform this test as they don't do it properly at all.

I'll give the overall experience 5 stars, everyone was nice except for the rude lady at the desk, she made the first impression unpleasant.

I had a great experience with completing my drug screening on 10/13/22. However because of a prescription medication I take I know it will show up in my drug test results. It's Monday, I took the drug test Thursday afternoon, my potential employer has checked on it with no results. I have not heard from the MRO as they are required to call me & provide valid information pertaining to the prescription that has been prescribed for me. Unfortunately, this does not always happen and historically I have lost numerous jobs because my hands are tied. As it stands I was treated with respect & professionalism in a timely manner. Kuddos to those who were working on Thursday 10/13/22. If the MRO does call me then I would still rate it 5 stars. If not, and I lose this job, I would give it zero stars

Staff was awesome and very professional. Only drawback was the waiting in line. I was a walk-in so that should be accepted.
