I cannot say enough wonderful things about everyone from the receptionist Tammy to the MA Katie (she is as cheerful as a Disney character) and the PA-C Laura Murray. I was married to a Doctor so I have high expectations and I love this place! The Mile High Family are cheerful, efficient, provide a pleasant and very clean environment, and have hearts of gold when listening to your concerns without judgement or being dismissive. Laura supports my request to be preventive/recover without medications as I am more of a natural gal who chooses not to take prescriptions that I personally feel cause side effects therefore requiring another and another. I prefer to have one medical issue instead of causing a domino effect of issues from taking meds. One of the best things a you can typically expect is to get an appointment quicker than anticipated and don’t have to wait once you checkin. Today as I write this review, I had called in to book an appointment and to my surprise was scheduled for same day and as soon as I checked in, I was taken back without even sitting down after arrival . . . wooohoooo! Take a chance like I did and hopefully you’ll enjoy coming here as much as I doux!

This is by far the best doctors' office I've ever been to (and I've been to many). From the friendly and efficient front desk to my caring, thorough doctor who always gives me his full attention and time. I've never felt rushed and have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. I've been going here for years. Dr. Roweder gives me natural options as well as the right prescriptions when needed. He's helped me when many other doctors couldn't or wouldn't. I have nothing negative to say about this practice, and it's worth the hour drive I take to get there!

Wish they had a zero star as a review, they DO NOT deserve a 1 star in my personal opinion. My family and I had an outstanding balance of $179.00 from 2019 and are now appointed to the court of law for payment. We constantly reached out to the medical facility plenty of times from 2019-2021 and they didn’t offer any type of payment arrangements, we were told we would be sent to collections. Not to mention the hospitality we received as a family at this practice was unacceptable. We NEVER went back. This medial practice is all about the money not patient care. BE AWARE!!! if you choose this practice it’s at you’re own discretion!!!!!!!! It’s sick how people can take money from those that actually don’t have it. It makes me sick. CENTURA HEALTH is where it’s at……

I've had nothing but good experiences with their providers! They are all friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. However, the problem is the front office. Calling to find out any information takes forever, and I am always put on hold. After several years of going here I decided to switch because the administrative side of this clinic was such a hassle.
