Absolutely let them know that you are having latency issues with your money. It should never take but 10-15 minutes for your money to appear on your card. If there is a glitch, they correct it quickly. They do not play with people's payments. It a technical issue and technology is not perfect rather if it's at Taleric or Biom. Issues happen. Simply talk to them and they will correct it. That would be the professional and favorable route to take.
Tell them that this is happening and they'll fix it. This happened to me one with a promotional bonus. They can fix it right away and payments usually go through within 30 minutes!
