Not to my knowledge. Try the Feline Fix. They have very affordable vet visits.

To my knowledge, no, they do not perform regular vet services (other than spay/neuter and vaccinations). They do have resources on finding vets near you. Their main service they provide is the spay/neuter clinic, which is free for cats. (I believe Leon's response is referring to the spay/neuter clinic only)
