I recently had my cat spayed at your clinic. However I miss placed the paper work that he was fixed and his tag. I need it to get his claws trimmed. How can I go about getting another copy?

You can call the main DDFL phone and i believe that there is an option for issue with recently spayed/ne . Please advise its not related to surgical emergency however their paperwork was misplaced.
