I was there a few days ago. Being you're in another state online would be the best way. Calling will take you hours to get through right now. In person is by appointment only.
Online would be your best bet without being able to visit in person. You could try to call but the prevailing opinion is that their phone support is awful.
They are doing most stuff online only right now anyway. Check the website!
