That's false call the help desk let them know what is going on they will send the info to the state . Your are allowed to speak with a supervisor and stay nice and respectful to get the person you need to speak with. I know it's hard when you get attitudes from them
The desk doesn't allow you to talk to anyone and if they do its usually their supervisor who doesnt know anything anyway. My recommendation call the 8 whatever number change a number in your social security number and talk to someone there but you get one call a day from your number however you can call from other numbers and it might take a day or two to get someone to listen but you will get help
