To everyone having issues with their case: FILE FOR A FAIR HEARING go down to the office, ask for the form, wait in line again and hand it back to them. They will suddenly take you very seriously. Fixed my case in 24hrs.

That's false call the help desk let them know what is going on they will send the info to the state . Your are allowed to speak with a supervisor and stay nice and respectful to get the person you need to speak with. I know it's hard when you get attitudes from them

I call to ATL. I go through the samething.so I call to Atlanta and they get the job done with no attitude also get in contact with the director.I have before,they will work with you and lie to.oh that person no longer work here.( They moved them to different department) or we don't have civilians working here.(that's a lie to ) classmate call you with your SSN and the father of your kids info.

Also make sure you have things like id, a lease if you pay for rent and at least four paystub if you work. it will make things a lot easier for you.
Go in and get application to fill out and leave with them. If you need help filling it out I think they will help you.
Because some of the clients that come in there are down right nasty. Not that you deserve to be treated rudely at all but it's a stressful job. Regardless, they shouldn't be rude. If you experience that again I recommend asking for the supervisor and if it continues you may have to go up the chain of command.
