Staff will try and charge you as much as they can when you leave. I was charged a $25 cleaning fee for my microwave that broke and hadn’t been replaced the last 2 months I lived here. There have been multiple shootings since I lived here and they even lied to my next door neighbor about it when she moved in saying there hadn’t been one. This was 3 weeks after the shooting. Not a safe neighborhood definitely wouldn’t recommend especially for people that have children.

Not the safest place to live and when my husband moved in, in November, the place was absolutely disgusting even though it was “move-in ready”. Hopefully the new management will prevent that from happening to others. Been rather satisfied with the new management and front desk staff. But again. Not the safest place. Even with the gate..that doesn’t work half the time

I have lived here 3 years and never missed rent. Since this change in office management, my experience has been horrendous! The old office team is definitely wanted back! Communication is horrendously POOR!!!! I have been trying to clarify rent since last month when they failed to report my information to Flex. I have called and left multiple voicemails that have been unreturned, visited the leasing office to be told management would have to get back with me because the front desk reps are clueless, and sent message via ActiveBuilding to the ENTIRE leasing office that garnished no response from ANYONE. Yet, I had Brittany sending out messages via the same app regarding a damn pool party on August 5th. Now I received a phone call yesterday 08/08 at 5:26 pm, 4 minutes to close, from a RUDE AND NASTY representative who just demanded payment as if I am in the wrong. She didn’t even care to ask what was ongoing at all! I do not like the interaction here and wish I didn’t renew! They didn’t even tell anybody new office people were in and I see why! Y’all are inefficient. I left another voicemail this morning, let’s see how long it goes ignored.
Fuck Ballsack
SCAMton place is what they oughta call it

I guess you can go to the management office and talk to them. They give js like montly news letters so the might mention it in that when they hand them out
Hampton Place is a family thrived establishment meaning the staff and residence take pride in keeping the properties clean and up to code its a very safe enviroment for children as well as adults majority of the time i leave my home and car doors unlocked because my neighbors and staff members as well as security makes me feel safe enough to do so not to mention Hampton Place is Drug Free unlike Whisperwood and other Apartment Homes and let me tell you guys about the Staff Myndi, Helen and Amber these ladies dedicate their lives love and time to show the residence love and appreciation if ever you need them they are there no matter what time of day or night and mainly the rent is at a controlled rate meaning it doesnt increase also we have amazing techs here like this dude Mason je is a very hard working guy i reported that my ceiling fan wasnt working he came within 10 minutes and fixed it not only that but he also checked and fixed everything else in my home that needed touching up
I agree there has been a few loud parties. Last summer there was a party so loud, and bad the police were called several times, and they ended up having to drain the pool. It was out of control. Also people are very disrespectful when it comes to driving thru apartments with music so loud it rattles my apartment at all hours of the day, and night. Also people yelling fighting, at all hours.
So you think that having cameras that monitor the gate entrance and exit is NOT for the residents??? They are TO KNOW WHO COMES AND GOES!! When something happens (which is rare here) they can review those cameras on those dates to determine suspects & take appropriate actions. I can assure you that those cameras are there for the benefit of ALL! P.S - There’s over 50 cameras throughout the property along with over 500 occupants! You may never know who is watching but best believe there’s always someone who sees! 👀
Yes! Curtesy cops make it crime free. The walls are not paper thin so you will not be hearing much from your neighbors! And with three dumpsters on the property it definitely isn’t dirty!!!
A 1bd studio is $560 568sq ft. 819sq ft is $594- $638. 932sq ft is $655 with a balcony/ patio. A 1 bedroom 2 full baths 1,210sq ft with balcony/ patio $700. I hope this helps.
