I've only been there once during the day but, they advertise karaoke and live band's. They do have a dance floor. My wife and I want to go and check it out during a weekend night!!! We enjoyed our lunch (a little pricey) and I LOVE taco's!!!
Every Friday and Saturday nights when we have karaoke or the occasional live bands are good dancing nights :-)

Taco sunday is my favorite. The food is the best.
I've been there for Taco Sunday, no room for dancing. Was there New Year's pre-2000, there was dancing & juke box.

I just go there to eat. Really good food.
Never been there to dance but im sure. We drive from the south side of tucson to go there to eat and enjoy the place.
